1. Gas cylinder explosion incident in the “Siraf” restaurant (Mehr 1402)

2. Gas cylinder explosion in a production workshop in Kahrizak (December 1400)

- Date: December 1400
- Location: Kahrizak (suburb of Tehran)
- Probable cause: Gas cylinder explosion in a workshop. At first, they thought that part of the Tehran refinery had caught fire. But this fire had nothing to do with the Tehran Oil Refinery
- Casualties: 4 people were killed and 2 were injured in this incident.
3. Gas cylinder explosion in an industrial unit in Islamshahr (February 1399)

- Date: February 16, 2020
- Location: Islamshahr (suburb of Tehran)
- Probable cause: Gas cylinder explosion in a production workshop. In this workshop, an LPG gas cylinder used for cooking leaked and caused a fire in the workshop.
- Casualties: 7 workers were killed.
4. Multiple explosions in residential homes
Many explosions occur in Tehran and residential areas. It was in August 1404 when a house exploded and caught fire due to burst gas pipes in the northern Janatabad area of Shahriar Square, which was extinguished by the rapid arrival of fire brigades.

- Non-standard equipment: Be sure to use standard and reliable cylinders with a standard mark such as Clipper, Hayes, and Apache gas cylinders.
- Worn hoses: Be sure to use special gas hoses rather than other hoses. Also, check these hoses every few years to replace them as soon as you notice that they are worn out.
- Incorrect installation: The type of connection and correct fastening of the cylinder to the gas stove or burner is very important
